This is my absolute favorite to get each time I hit up Palm Springs!! Such a staple!!

This dish is always on the menu and is my fallback, should none of the specials appeal to me. These eggs are like heaven, with a sprinkling of boursin flavor. It comes with 3 bacon or sausage (I invariably get the jalapeno bacon) and a chive scone. I "upgrade" the scone to a buttermilk waffle ($4) for the perfect breakfast!!
